Essential Oils - 10 Ways!
The SUN is shining in Seattle today and there’s really no way the day could get ANY better. We live in gray for a good 4-5 months of the year so when the sun comes out, we soak up as much vitamin D as humanly possible!
If you follow us over on instagram at all (where I show my face probably too often ;), you know how obsessed we are with our essential oils. I’m the last person on the planet that you would’ve pin-pointed to love and use oils, but the minute they started helping my anxiety, lulling my babes into long, deep sleeps, and making my house smell heavenly, I couldn’t deny it any longer :) Essential oils are basically the blood of a plant, distilled and concentrated into tiny little molecules that you can use topically, internally or aromatically to do a million and one things. What’s not to love?
